Haggle by PM.
IT Is disrespectful to bash someones product publically.
Normal Haggling Rules apply in PM's.
*Assuming each party knows how to haggle
Always do business like a gentleman. If something cannot be worked out, there should be no ill will
Haggle responsibly.
Basically use common sense.
