Re: Mississippi Classic: Roll Call
What time does the match end every day?
I would like to come watch if I get off in time.

I don't know for a fact but I heard someone say you should expect to be actively shooting from 8am to 5pm.
That fits well with what I remember from last year.

Sounds about right, maybe a little earlier or later depending on how things are flowing.
Re: Mississippi Classic: Roll Call
I haven't seen the official schedule, but based on past history and the fact that we are at max capacity I would wager that Friday will take most of the day. I'd like to think we'd be done by 5 and most likely we will finish in that ballpark, but some years it is a little earlier and some years significantly later. Thankfully it has been a while since we have been significantly later thanks to John's match management and improvements each year, but I do remember shooting as it began to get dark...
Shooting Saturday will probably finish up in the 4 - 5:00 range and will be followed by a crawfish boil for the competitors, while Sunday should finish up in the 11:00 - 11:30 range, hopefully. Figure 10 stages, chrono, and a break (and maybe a "vendor" time period or second break, not sure), so 12-13 time periods to fill. Typically 9 or 10 are filled on Saturday at 45 minutes to an hour each, starting at 8:00 am, so it should take about 7 - 9 hours plus lunch on Saturday. The other 3 to 4 time periods are on Sunday morning starting at 8:00am. There will be some down time for scores to be finished and then teardown and awards / prize table in the (hopefully early) afternoon Sunday.
