People have a right to choose what establishments they enter. Just because a store posts a sign doesn't make them liable for deaths they have no control over.

The best option for states is to make such signs legally useless. A verbal command by the owner to leave the property is always good enough to trespass someone.

Sometimes they have the right to choose, so in that sense you're correct, other times there might not be a choice...but once again you're correct, making the signs useless would of course always be a better option
