I assume you mean USPSA...IDPA does not have an open division. There are plenty of options out there for open class and limited, but most people seem to use either the CR speed, DAA, Limcat or Ghost holsters. They are skimpy holsters, but they also have secondary locks on them for when you aren't actually shooting a stage. Will_M, Bryant and a few others who shoot Limited/Open can probably be better help than I can.

Safariland 013 is fine. You don't see a ton of them but I don't think it would hinder you in any way and if that is what you would like to use, go for it.
There are a lot of good options out there now. The CR Speed is expensive but very popular and for good reason. Very adjustable in every conceivable way, solid platform, nice draw. I had one and really liked it. The only reason I changed is that I wanted to be able to use one belt rig for open and limited without any adjustment, and later with the 5" and 6" limited guns likewise without any changes. This meant no muzzle cup/platform, which the CR (as well as the Safariland) has. I use an older pinned Ghost and have used it for years. It's like the Double Alpha and Limcat in that it is pretty skimpy. It is very solid though and can be drawn from locked position, literally while handing upside down if need be, with little if any loss in draw speed. If there is ever a seated or awkward start position, I always start with it locked because your leg can cause the gun to come loose if it is not locked. On any stage, I try to get my hand on the gun as soon as possible after the buzzer.
I haven't played with a Double Alpha but I am not a big fan of the Limcat. When I played with one, I was unable to get the gun as solid as I like it, meaning when you hand comes down to the gun to get a grip, the gun would move or rock just a little bit. It was enough to annoy me. Maybe some more adjustment could have fixed it, but I couldn't figure out how in my limited time with it. The Double Alpha claims that it is solid and doesn't rock, for what its worth. I think the newer (no pin) ghosts don't rock much, if any, but I know the old discontinued pinned models don't. The only downside is the gun has to have a hole in the triggerguard for the pin.

I use a ghost holster with my limited gun and love it. Not sure about the 013, but the 012 I had when I shot a Caspian was not something I would recommend. It does not have a sure lock like some of the others. It does have a tension screw, but I prefer to have a lock. Between shooting stages at a USPSA match, there is alot of bending over reseting steel and lots of other chances for your firearm to fall out if your not careful. Just my .02
