Enahanced Concealed Carry Permit

I specifically asked my instructor this same question, he said we would have to retake the class. Maybe someone should call DPS or I can ask them when I drop off my papers on Wednesday.

I believe that DPS said we will have to retake it each time. Let's hope this is one of the things the legislature will address in their next session. I've heard from several sites that they will readdress HB506 to "fix" some of it.

Ya' know, they don't require me to retake a test to keep my motorcycle endorsement when I renew my drivers license. Maybe this would be a good opportunity to start contacting our state reps. to make sure that "change" is put on the agenda this session.
