Yep, good deal. I'm very curious as to what was wrong with the ammo. Someone's taking a big loss on this deal.

Don't know. They say the accuracy of the projectiles is as good as new.

Thanks for the link, need some .223, looks interesting. New to this caliber, but $68/1000 seems pretty good.

I'd go in on a buy. Need to check with those forum members to see how they can help us.

I put a 3" group on steel at 600 yards with those 175 pulls from turkee. I'd say they are good to go but don't buy em. I need more. Haha. I couldn't believe it myself. Probably would have been better but the plate was till swinging on the follow up shots. I'm actually thinking about shooting the match this month with them.

I'd throw in when you get a solid price 'Neck. I'll go 500. Let us know what the damage is.

I dont know bout those pulled ones. But the ones turkee gets are nice ive already gotten about 3k from him. They weigh the exact same as the new box of 175smk with the same weight spread between 50 of them. Every now and again you get one that has a damaged jacket from the pull but its not bad enough that you cant shoot it. I think he has them for 16 cents each? Ill have to ask him to make sure.

The ones I'm talkin about are jacketed Sierra Match Kings...weigh em and load em

Generally, these are offered in thousands of bullets not 100's...I see em on GB all the time

Guess I'm gonna have to try a thou and see if there is any appreciable difference

I just did some quick research and most say there is NO difference and the others who said there was a difference said it was slight and usually with pulls that had HEAVY pull marks.

Many experienced guys are saying that the barrel and rifling does far more 'damage' to an bullet than most pullers...seems logical.

I think I would be willing to try at least a thousand 175 SMK if these are the 'light' or 'no' pull mark type...

I'd like to have them for practice. If I ever get to shoot a match, I'll cut no corners on my equipment.

Who is getting this group buy together?

I'm interested in a group buy if it saves dome dough. I bought some of Turkee's 175's but haven't loaded them up yet. I'm thinking about shooting traditional F-class with my M1 next week but there is a scheduling conflict with SWGC Garand and Vintage bolt matches. Bummer.
