question for you Taurus gurus...

Post by Joe S. on Sun Jun 19, 2011 12:31 pm

my uncle has a Taurus and is wanting some crimson trace grips for it.

he said there are no markings on the gun. it is a small - medium framed 38 spl with a bobbed hammer. DAO...

he said there are no markings on the gun except Taurus and 38spl. he also said there is no lock.

i dont have a picture of the gun as it is in florida with my uncle, but i want to try and find him some grips for it so he will have it when he comes to town in a couple weeks.

i know my description is vague, but does anyone have any idea of the model i need to be looking for on the crimson trace site?

maybe i need to have him send me the serial # and call Taurus directly...

thanks

Have him email you a picture of the gun

surely He can tell you the model #

Then look on crimson trade web site to see if they make one for that model.

Have him open the cylinder and look on the inside

Hard to believe it dont have a model # somewhere...maybe on the butt of the gun or on the trigger guard

Have him email you a pic...else its just a crap shoot

Tell him to buy a "modern" gun Razz

The CT is probably gonna be worth more than the revo lol
