Rimfire ammo

Does the rimfire ammo have to be standard velocity or can you use high velocity in the Outlaw Steel matches?

Maybe Cliff will speak up for certain, but if the one match I was in at the Byram range is any indication, find whatever round shoots good in your rig and stock up on it. The website says the muzzle velocity should be between 750 -1225. Not sure if that rule works with 22 or not.

I saw that too, my Sig works best with CCI mini mags. They are 1260 fps, so if the rules are the same for rimfire I need to find a round that works.

That is might close. Is that speed coming out or your barrel or a test barrel?

Email Glen at glenwhitf@yahoo.com He will be the final word anyway.

Test barrel. They have a list of factory ammo is a go/no go for centerfire on the Ms Revolver site so I assmue the go by test barrel velocities.
