PRESIDENT O's EXECUTIVE ORDERS PHASE 1 GO INTO EFFECT TODAY

I am sorry, but while I liked the idea that Fox put forth... in the end they pulled a Rush... and reminded everyone that what matters is advertising dollars and that means drama and theatrics over substance and honesty. I pretty much just reach out to the net these days.

But the truth is both sides want to squash what media they dont control. The republicians want to privatize PBS and NPR ( admitted super liberal medias) soo meh...

i aint no lawyer and i didnt stay at a holiday inn last night, but arent executitive orders subject to be overturned by the supreme court if they are not constitutional? Not that our commander in cheif has any respect for it anyway

I'm definitely not a lawyer either! lol. But I did read some info about executive orders last nite. You are correct, executive orders are subject to being overturned by the Supreme Court. They can also be overturned by Congress if they pass a "conflicting" law. Executive Orders are suppose to compliment a law passed by Congress. It's the ones that make new laws that are supposedly unconstitutional. Wikipedia has some good info on this and the sources appear to be good also.
