Hello from Hernando

Hey guys and gals!

I was going to say Hey Ya'll, but for some reason I get this image of Minnie Pearl when I do that. Don’t want you all to know, I mean think, that I’m a crazy, gun totein’ red neck or anything. Smile I actually grew up in North Carolina but have lived in MS for about 22 years, so I guess you could say I’m a Hill Neck or maybe a Red Billy or something.

So I live in Hernando in North MS and work in Memphis. I'm a computer analyst for one of the big hospitals and a gun enthusiast of course. A new proud father of a fantastic, beautiful, sweet, …bull headed, stubborn, little girl. Smile Just kidding, she’s my little angel that has an interchangeable halo\horns thing going on. I’m completely wrapped around all of her fingers, not just the fifth digit. blink

Nice site. Looks like a lot of really intelligent and responsible gun owners here.

I’m honored to meet everyone and I hope that my future post and questions don’t offend, sicken, PO, or otherwise perpetuate some form of violence.

I’m about to purchase a new Glock 30SF with TruGlo TFO sites. I would be happy to hear any comments or suggestions on holsters, other site options, TFO cleaning tips, etc. that anyone has to offer.

I’m going with the 30 SF because I have a small…. I mean I have “medium” sized hands and it seams to fit my mitts just right.

I know there are a GAZILLION discussions on TruGlo sights, but since I’m new here, what do ya’ll think?

Welcome from Byram, just south of Jackson. Pretty country up there. We just got back from my wife's mother's in Lewisburg, east of Hernando. Love to go to their farm to shoot and hunt.
