Magnolia CLASH OF METAL July 23,2011 Question

Clash of Metal still on for this Saturday July 23,2011 at Magnolia?

I am pulling the handle this week to make sure we have enough ammo. Told son Joel he needs to shoot at least one of these before school starts again even if we do not have the best holster and mag holders. I got to shoot the demo at the 2011 Magnolia Annual Meeting and it is like a drag race albeit a whole lot faster. We have been competing with the rifles for a long time and they are a money pit that keeps me down on funds to purchase USPSA/Steel gear. Got to break that chain and shoot some handgun competition.

What shooter to target distance do we need to train at this week?
I know pepper popper size but what sizes are the other plates or do they vary with each match?
What time do we need to arrive on the 23rd to help with setup?

Practice at ten yards minimum. 15 would be better. They will be all pepper poppers. There's not much setup to clash of metal but show up at least 45 minutes before the match starts. Especially for your first match.

Thanks Will_M. I searched Cliff's old posts and it sounds like start time has been 8:30 to 9:00 for this Match. We will be there at 7:45 unless somebody lets us know otherwise.
