I'm pretty sure you'd still have to pay them! crying

Just get the endorsement and you won't have to worry about it.

(This may be a rare instance indeed but humor me.)

You still have to respect property owners wishes.

IDK, ask you to leave just because you happen to carry a gun legally? What if they asked me to leave becasue I was exercising my 1st amendment rights? would you leave?

It's their property. Yes, you have to leave. Why would you want to do business with them anyway?

If you are on someone else's property and they ask you to leave you are required by law to leave. It doesn't matter what their reasoning is.

If you asked someone to get off your property wouldn't you consider them trespassing if they didn't?

You NEVER have a RIGHT to be on someone elses property.

If we are talking about a business establishment, you can be charged with trespassing in MS and most other states if you do not leave when the owner of the property (or the owner's agent) requests that you do so.....even if you were allowed to enter and the owner changes his mind later. This applies to private land/homes as well.

Now, if you are asked to leave a place of business for purely arbitrary reasons, then that is a tougher charge to get to stick. But if the business has the correct signage and you ignore it, then you can be charged or if it is proven that the business had good reason to ask you to leave.

I asked a guy to leave my business because he was getting so loud and foul-mouthed that it was running off other customers and scaring my employees. He immediately played the discrimination card and called the police on HIS cell. The police got there, but the camera doesn't lie. He was excorted off the property. I chose not to press charges because he was a regular customer who was having a bad day....and he continued to be a customer.

My point is that it is no longer breaking the law for us to carry past no guns signs. I agree if the owners wants you to leave because you are carrying a gun or wearing a pink shirt you may be charged with tresspassing. However, just keep it concealed and it wont be an issue.
