Hello, I just found this forum when I was searching for the Firearms Permit Application. I am also a member of the Pascagoula Shooting Club, the NRA and the US Concealed Carry Association. I was given a Taurus 9mm for Christmas but decided this was not the small arm for me.
I went over to Mobile AL to an indoor range and signed up for an instructor, where I discovered the Walther P22 was better for me.
I am looking forward to reading the threads on this forum and learning everything I need to know about self defense.

to all who have welcomed me. You are truly a friendly bunch. Now I need to get to reading the forum. I also have been busy following a police story in Canton, Ohio, where a uniformed LE behaved very badly after the person he stopped quickly declared he had a carry permit and a firearm. The LE threatened to kill him. The LE is a known hot head and this is not his first ride at the rodeo for this kind of thing.
