I hate to sign up to a forum just to buy something,
If you're going to get serious about shooting you'll want to join that forum anyway, hint hint Wink

Thanks 9c4me, I have already joined, and kept the same screen name.
If you are going to be at ICORE tomorrow, I will see you there shooting a semi. Had to borrow a glock 17!
UPDATE on the original post: It seems I am going to ditch my Taurus, sell it, and use the money to buy something a bit more common. Been looking at a M&P9....off to the gun shop soon! Just seems fitting to go with a gun for which I can easily find parts and accessories.

I'll be there with my M&P 9 Pro if you want to check it out.

UPDATE for those who may be looking at this thread.
I ended up selling my Taurus 24/7 pro to my dad because he did not have a 9mm, and invested the money into a used Glock 34, holster, belt, mags, and mag pouches. Hopefully that was a good decision, but I feel like it will be well worth it!

I am very appreciative of the deal I got! It worked out great for me so far, 17 out of 28 shooters. Not bad for a gun I had never shot till the match! The 34 performed very well..the shooter needs to improve!
