CMP Highpower Match at Magnolia this Saturday (8/20/11)

We are having the M-1 Garand match at Magnolia this Saturday. We are starting at 8:00 a.m. in order to try and get through before the mid-day excessive heat plus take advantage of the shade from the trees. I plan to bring .30-06, .223, and .308 ammo so if you need ammo that I need to bring, let me know. If you are coming, please try and get there around 7:30 a.m. in order to fill out scorecards and get set up. With all the interest I have received for this match and as many people that say they need to shoot the first relay, I'm going to attempt to put two more targets up. I will have two more numbers done this week to accommodate the extra targets. Any help getting set up would be much appreciated. Hope to see you guys there.

Scharfschütze und der Junge will certainly be there!! Thanks for putting us on Relay 1! Unfortunately Kelly B, the leader of TEAM HELLO KITTY, is still suffering from gout and will not make this event.

I am still not sure im gonna make it, im working out of town and still wore out so might skip it but haven't made uo my mind yet.

I guess saying to YOU that I have been out of town for work for the last month is a little out of line but I have and im tired and need some rest, cause after this one it is full on deercamp mode for me and the pops.

since i'm in the 2nd relay i'll probably show up around 8:45ish, no reason to get there early and stand around.

Sorry Phillip; Kelly apparently took some aspirin and hasn't recovered since! Hope you're not too stoved up. . . We'll be there early tomorrow-

It finally went away around 10am, but the joint is so sore I'm still not very mobile. It usually comes on hard in the middle of the night so I hope I don't relapse. I'll be there in the morning. May be on crutches, but I'll be there.

I doubt the 2d relay will start any time before 10 or 10:30. I plan to get there a little before 10
