Lovin My Kimber

Post by walkiahgunman on Wed Aug 24, 2011 6:22 pm

Finally got to shoot my 82G today after having to wait on a scope mount to come in. Got her zeroed in pretty quick and shot 3 10 shot groups, this being my best one, but not by far. I am VEEERRRRY pleased with the Kimber, now I see why these got sucked up so fast for 22F-Class. These things are BAD TO THE BONE!!!

What kind of scope do you have on it? Looks like you could reach out and touch someone with that thing.

You ought to try some Eley Tenex, Match or Team, Lapua. But if you are shooting the F-Class with you need some fast ammo as RWS R-100. We shoot benchrest match down at Ellisville, Ms. and one of the guy's that shoot with us has one and it does good. He had problem's with from the start which was the firing (striker system) weak spring and bent firing pin (2piece model) so keep a eye on that and don't leave it cocked for any lenght's of time. It will kill the spring in it. Rambo
