Great to know that GunVault is making it right with a simply, easy chat session. Got to love it when companies know the meaning of customer service. Thanks for the update.

Still haven't received anything from these guys, it seemed like they would be a pleasure to deal with at first, but I really have nothing to show for their promises. This is starting to be a pain.

Yea their CS is top notch. I have a small combo lock gunvault secured in each vehicle and the BioVault fingerprint reading vault in the kitchen. I had an issue with the wall charger and they were quick to send a replacement. Good service from a good company. My BioVault runs on one 9v battery and its never been changed.

Replacement safe finally arrived yesterday and they gave me a complimentary upgrade to a minivault deluxe(original was a standard minivault.) The lead time was a little longer than I would have liked, but they did make it right.
