C&R and Out-of-State Purchases

If this has been asked before, well I missed it. Can a C&R holder purchase a C&R eligible firearm from a dealer (or private individual for that matter) out of state and just bring it back to Mississippi with them?

Definitely.
Only problem you might have is if the seller is ignorant of what the C&R license permits you to do. I have encountered such uninformed persons in the past.

As a CRFFL holder, I have to get all information from a driver's license or photo ID on the seller and log in the firearm into my bound book.
