What .410 wads to use?

I have some 3" Winchester hulls, #6 shot and 2400 powder but I am unsure what wads to use, any ideas. I have a MEC Jr. press that I'd like to load some shells on but I am new to the shot shell scene.

According to my manual (booket) - 410 3"..... use 2/3oz of shot, Win WAA41 (or Rem SP410) wad and 14.5gr of 2400. Note: This info was for a R-P shell. Win. shells not listed for 3"..... Sad
