Who up for a get together within the next week or two?

LT Dan? 1984 4runner? we need to get together and send off a few rounds. i shot 18 today. I must say it was rewarding to finally fire my 308 after 7 months of closet pimping. i cant wait to get back and refine my optics. anyone wanna gtg for a range day? let me know.

im a member out at the pascagoula DCM range. thats where i went tonight. i neet some help zeroing in my 308. i got it sighted in for 100 yds but i had about a 4-5" variance in my poi in a 3 round group. still lethal, but i wanna be dead on.

Cool. I was thinking friday, saturday or sunday. those days would be best for me because i could go pretty much any time. weekdays are tough because the wife doesnt get home until around 430-5 so that leaves a tight window of light to shoot. do you or Ltdan have a bench rest i might be able to use while we are there? i can make these sand bags work, but man is it a challenge.

I have to till 2 on Saturday but after that the wife might let me out. Sunday I am free tho. My work trip to VA next week got cancelled so I might be able to find the time, but between trying to control a pack of idiots here on base to my other job I don't have a ton of free time during the week. And on Saturday the 1st I will be headed to WI for a week. I may have to miss out on firing the boomstick for a while, I do need to shoot some pistol and test some loads.

Oh and my .308 is out of commission for a while. I can't stand the Nikon scope I had on it so I have to wait for new optics and a the EGW base. But my optics won't be purchased till taxes.

Hahahahaha that is my dream job. I am really a contractor on the Seabee base in Gulfport. The company I work for builds all the military's huge trucks, I am here to help the Navy fix them.
