Ok - Guys - here is the plan. I am going to meet Mr. Mikell's grandson and Mr. Mikell in Byram Tuesday afternoon at 1PM. We will then proceed to MrClean's to pick-up the gun. From there to Magnolia Rifle & Pistol Club to make the "Official" Presentation! Should be at Magnolia about 2PM. We will let Mr. Mikell fire a few rounds just for familiarization.

Due to the ICORE Southern Regionals, Magnolia R&PC will be closed for firing from 10/6-9 so Cliff can not give Mr. Mikell's familiarization class until the next week. Mr. Mikell has consented to come back to Magnolia the next week and hook-up with Cliff.

If you want to be present for the presentation to Mr. Mikell, be at Magnolia R&P Club at 2PM next Tuesday!!

If you have not yet contributed and wish to do so, PM or email me (captain-03@comcast.net) with the amount you wish to pledge and we will work out the details on covering your pledge until you can get it submitted.

It would be great if we could have some of the contributors at the range on Tuesday afternoon!! If you have any questions, please PM or email me.

Thanks again for making this happen!!

There is no such thing as "Registered" in Mississippi.

Right - however, I think we all know what he means ... But you can look at it another way .. he will be the "registered" buyer ...

I am told that it should not be a problem for him to purchase.

True, I just think too many people are under the mistaken impression that you "register" weapons and always have to say something. It's a huge misconception. Probably brought about by watching New York and Chicago based films and television shows.

Ok if I'm able to make it out for the presentation I will bring my donation with me. If not I will figure out a way to get it to you as soon as possible but I'm hoping my dad and I will make it out for the presentation and I can just donate then.
