It's shot placement, not caliber. Last I read, 80 something % of handgun wounds are not fatal.

How bout a NIB 642? I'll see what my brother can replace mine for...whatever dealer cost is on it, is less than we can get it elsewhere. He don't havta do paperwork since it's my personal weapon.

Dealer cost is only 315 now!!! So shipping and tax.... somewhere just under 360
If we can get $315 we can give him mine...I'll eat the tax & shipping on the replacement. Just lemme know what ya'll decide.

Will run just under 360 to get one here, tax and out the door. If anyone that contributes to the cause wants one, I will give them one at the same price.

That sounds like a good idea to me. That way we could just give him the weapon without fooling with paperwork.

Let's keep a running tally - looks like about a 110 dollars now. I'll kick in 20 if we can make the nut. That would be about 130 - a good start but not nearly enough. I would be happy to make the delivery - probably the tv station would do a short video, but am not sure that would be to the homeowner advantage.

We might take you up on this -- would be the best way I believe. We can sell it to him for $1.00 and get you a bill of sale.
