who's up in a tree?

Dang! That's a big ole scrape.
I got up a little late this morning but went anyway.
Got in a stand that has been hunted twice all season and the first time was Sunday. That fella killed a 7 point.
I got in the stand at about 10:00 and three does came out at 11:15.
I got me one of'em.

Sweet, this is the quietest day I think I have ever seen, no wind and you can hear every lil bird in the leaves that sounds like a deer for a mile away.

Im still looking for 1 more need some more burger.

I'm taking my son tomorrow and maybe Sunday morning to give him one last chance to get his first deer. Other than that I think I have enough meat.
May sit him on that same stand.
Yeah them dang birds sure are some noisy critters.

Some good sign, late finding it but hopefully I still have time. Maybe I can get him before the 15th!

This was the only one I got this year. Not as good as some but my biggest so far.
