That was quick thinking. Or pure luck. But glad it turned out o.k. for the officer.

The guy that arrested Lee Harvey Oswald, in the Theater, did the same thing.

Very fortunate cop, and very glad he's ok (aside from a broken finger). Hope they throw the book at the guy. Something tells me he's likely to get out wihtin a couple of years and eventually end up bleeding out on the street unless he totally turns his life around.
Here's hoping he wises up before he gets let out and shot up.
