RIOTS/PROTESTS IN JACKSON THIS SATURDAY

Post by Tree of Liberty on Mon Oct 10, 2011 10:36 am

So, here I am in Domestic Relations class and my buddy informs me of the upcoming events this weekend here in Jackson. Supposedly the ongoing riots/protests have made their way here to Mississippi; this Saturday October 15, 2011 the protests will be taking place at the financial district in Jackson right next to the governor's mansion.

It is pertinent that all of us are aware of this and remain alert. I know a good bunch of the members in this forum are not near Jackson, but there are a good bunch of us who unfortunately are. I cannot predict the "ripple" effect of these riots (whether or not there will be flash mobs, drive-by's, etc) but do think those in this area should be prepared.

If anyone else has any additional information concerning this event, please share it with the rest of us so necessary precautions can be taken. yell

Once again,

God bless

Just got through reading the nonsense there...damn communist!

All I can say is I hope they're willing to die for there cause because if they threaten me or mine I'll do everything in my power to make it happen and Mississippi's full of people like me.

...and that's the only reassuring thing about this garbage. Stand firm in your convictions Jarhead and 4runner; Im relying on like-minded Mississippians (and Americans elsewhere) to stand up for safety and FREEDOM.

These communists seem to forget what the Soviet Union was all about or what communist China is currently about.

I just read through a few minutes of that crap.

Are these guys serious or are they just attention whores??

I do not ask the question to be funny, I have a hard time believing that the bulk of these protesters even realize what they are protesting.

Hell, let me shut up before I get on a hour long roll and waste board space with my rants.

Did someone say free pizza?

Looks like a bunch of 'neglected' white kids to me. The people that pity these folks are the ones that scare me more.

I just got a belly laugh. I found their facebook page http://www.facebook.com/occupymississippi
and down the list read this nugget:

Scott Sorensen I see truth in all of this. And why does it cost $1,000 to file bankruptcy? If you're really bankrupt, you won't have the $1,000. And why can a veterinarian perform laser eye surgery on a dog for $500, but the same procedure on a human probably costs ten times that much. And why are insurance companies allowed to use secret formulas to set your rates, but are not required to let anyone see the formula? And why do they take your house, and then make YOU a criminal for "vagrancy"? What is "loitering" anyhow--isn't it "peaceful assembly"? %$#@ $#@n it, I want answers. They already took everything that was sacred to me--house, marriage, family photos. It's too late for them to give me money. I lost everything already. I want their heads on a stick.

Next I clicked on Scott's name and under his info guess where he works? http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100002092378306

Has worked at I'm too lazy to work

You're right they are clueless as to why they are protesting.

Is it that hard to understand that freedom involves risk? Risk of choosing college; risk of taking on debt; risk of choosing insurance; risk of using reloads (lol).

Scumbags. I guess if they go there and end up staying Ill have to be giving the wife an armed escort to work until they are gone. She drives right through there on the way to work.

Tanker, sounds like this character is having a typical case of investors remorse. Looks like he found out that college isn't an excuse to only party for 4 years

It's a good idea to escort the wife this weekend. No need for her to be exposed to such savage behavior.

Lazy POS describes 99.9% of Socialist/Communist (Marxist really). The other .01% just want to be on top when the twisted revolution occurs.
