"Thank You Thread" For The SRRC Championship..

Post by Cliff Cargill on Wed Oct 12, 2011 5:28 am

Feel free to jump in...

Here's mine:

Magnolia Rifle & Pistol Club for being a MAJOR match sponsor, and letting the SRRC use the range.

All of the help we had to put the show on. Talk about "boots on the ground", we had more than enough help since most of us shot thru on Friday..

And, it happended because of all the USPSA shooters who came out and killed themselves working for their friends because that's what it's all about, helping each other...promoting the shooting sports to higher levels through team work.

The staff from the SRRC thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all your hard work. Having Shooters who care enough to take ownership is wonderful thing.

Take care,
I have a match to get ready for.

This match wouldn't have happened without the efforts of Matt, Cliff and Jinnie. I think it might have been obvious to all with Matt and Cliff being out on the range, but jinnie was the behind the scenes person who kept it going, especially with the scores and program problems. Like Cliff said, the USPSA shooters really came thru and I thought that was really cool as they weren't even shooting. Specifically, Justin and JD were crucial during setup. Besides that I think JD helped the entire weekend and Justin ran errands like getting the plaques. I'm sure I'll forget at least one person, but thanks also to Gale, Mickey, and Larry who helped with RO. And man, I never saw a tear down of that much stuff so quick !! Me, I was just a gopher - go for this, go for that, but enjoyed every minute of the weekend
