Guess California will be safer now that criminals have a even bigger advantage.

You mean a bigger advantage for criminals than a citizen open carrying an UNLOADED gun?!? Please......

Does it suck for them? Yep...

Is it really a huge loss of their rights considering where they live and the law requiring all guns to be unloaded if open carried?!? It really shouldn't surprise anyone. Just sucks that more people will have to TRY to get a carry permit there that previously either didn't feel the need or were denied.

It really wouldn't do for me to live behind enemy lines. I couldn't imagine not being able to carry. I will never go to California. They can keep their liberal socialist lifestyle and shove it where the sun doesn't shine.

Conan, Moonbeam...What do you expect. Got out in the eightys and never looked back. When living in America is as simple as moving one state away it is hard to feel sorry for them.

California is not the only place like this. I am visiting NY and MD. I don't even carry handguns near these States. If I did not have relatives that lived in these States I would never cross their borders. I got out of NY in 1970 and I am grateful for the common sense Laws of Mississippi. No SGF, I don't think everything is better in NY.

i would agree with the statement about moving one state over... of all the states in the USA i would LOVE to visit, CA is DEFINATELY NOT one of them...

i am glad you dont have to pass through Commi- to get to any other states.

They cant even pitch a bi$%H bout it though cause they choose they're state government as did we.....They get what they deserve and have no right to gripe!! That being said I'll keep my happy ass below the Mason Dixon and in and around MS, AL, LA & GA..
