.429 Super Bower, know of it??

Dose anyone have any data on this round. Dimensions, loads, well anything at all........the .429 Super Bower could be called the .429 ultra Bower. It looks like a bad round, just can't find any thing but one reference of it and it takes a 365gr, at 1990fps/3200 ft-lbs in a single-shot handgun. Which is all it can work in from what the book reads.
