OK this load ROCKS!!!!

Tried my load of:
158gr JHP (Nosler)
17.1gr LilGun
Rem small pistol primer
.357 new Win brass

This shot very very well. Not to hot and certainly not tame. Felt like a round you could shoot for the entire range session, and yet you know it would bring down anything you pointed it at.

Not a cheap round to make; at 17gr per throw you only get about 400 per 1lbs.
250 bullets were $39 from Surplus city.

How hot was your barrel?

I only shot 10 of them... no use in wasting them on paper. I was using the 1/16 barrel. I did not notice any effects outside the norm. Of course I used a barrel/shroud gun, which could mask heat unless you put a steady stream through it.
