An inexpensive alternative to a Visor Cam (Post with Video) (Updated with Pic and Link)

Post by TankerHC on Mon Oct 17, 2011 12:07 pm

I was watching the video the MSGO member posted shooting with his Visor Cam. I really liked it but did not want to spend $150-$200 on a camera that would see limited use. So, I searched around and found this on Ebay. It was $50, free shipping. More details in the video below

Be good for a dashboard cam also. With so many running stops signs and such, be good CYA after a wreck.

Looks pretty good for a $50 cam, I was waiting for you to catch a fish though!

Our lake (Big Pond) is loaded with Largemouth. They average 2 1/2 to 4 pounds. Biggest one I ever caught was 9 pounds last summer.

That lake is my back yard. Its open to fishing for residents of the subdivision and their guests. If you or anyone else on this forum would like to come fish, your more than welcome. We have so many Largemouth that we are not allowed to put them back, they are overcrowding. We also have a bunch of big cats too and 1000's of Brim. If you or anyone else on the forum would like to give it a shot just shoot me a PM. Im always available and always ready to fish. On a normal day Ill pull in 6 or 7, a while back we had a dry spell for some reason, fish just werent hitting. Now they are hitting again. We can fish the whole lake. All the way around, off the island and off the bridge into the two small inlets (where I caught the 9 pounder last summer). Only thing is I have to be here, if not President of the Homeowners Assn. will run you off and shoot us a nasty letter. Think Ill post this in GOT
