Teaching her early
My 4 year old got to shoot her first gun yesterday. Browning BL-22 Lever Action. She shot around 15 rounds and loved it. She liked it so much that I had to give her another talk about not playing with guns!

Re: Teaching her early
Awwwwww. Thats super. As cute as she is.. you both need to stay in practice.. Keeps the boys at bay.

Yep -- start them off early learning the safety aspects of gun handling!! It is a sport ALL can enjoy regardless of age ....

Great job. Love seeing the next generation involved in our sport. Seeing what a gun will do to a can or anything other than paper will reinforce all that talk ya'll have had about guns.
Very nice looking young lady, blink your eyes and you'll be beating the boys away and leave you wondering where the time went.

I'm joining the group called "DADD" dads against daughters dating!! On my first real date, her dad was cleaning a 1911 when I picked her up at the house. Sure left an impression on me!
Re: Teaching her early
Even better, have your daughter cleaning HER gun. I want the guy scared of her as much as he's scared of me.
Re: Teaching her early
She's a doll. Previous posters are correct--you'll have to keep a close eye on the boys in a few years! Make sure she's able to shoot well--possibly a gift sometime in the next 10, 15 years?

I'm wanting to get her a BB gun this Christmas. We'll see if the wife allows that!
