basically its a belt that is designed for range carry or full blown combat, with rifle mags, pistol mags, knives, and other assecories, I will try and put a link on here for one.

You can't carry everything on a belt. You would need at least a vest or plate carrier. I would just ask Paul haha, he would know haha.

Check out the vtac brokos belt with their cobra inner belt. Some Molle rifle and pistol mag pouches and a proper holster and you should be set

Well you kind of answered your own question. My suggestion would be to buy a sturdy leather belt and load it with everything you mentioned. There's a place in that strip mall just north of 20 on the west side of Terry road (just south of Capital Body Shop). They sell all kinds of police belt stuff.

How many rounds you think you got there? Would be good to strap on and grab a Alice Pack and rifle/shotgun or something like that.

Having all that stuff on a belt is not gonna be fun for a long period of time. I would suggest some kind of suspenders at least with that rig. And there is too much going on, not spaced enough. You have to search through mags and pouches just to get to the right mag, or you would have to wear it around for a while and p[ractice with it fora while to gain the muscle memory to know where everything is at. I would space everything out on a carrier that way you can put things in front of you for easier mag changes and have a med kit or logistics pouch on your back and a dump pouch back there or on your side as well. I'm guessing you will be using this for 3 gun or something but from a combat standpoint I would use a carrier, I know when I had to carry everything on patrol and in actual combat I loved my vest and would not have wated everything crammed on a belt. Just my 2c.

Dan

Thanks for the input, all of my knowledge is from theory or books, I know you lived the real thing, I may make me a vest/plate carrier. Excellent suggestion.

No problem. I know every situation is different but you want to spread the load out, make it even, support it and make everything easy to get to. Makes mag changes quicker as well.

Sweet jebus and buttery niblets!! I'm a fat guy, so just imagine how much more belt I have to hang crap on.

Looking at those belts, the only thing that they seem to accomplish is add magazine capacity, and there are lots of vest and harness systems out there that would seem better suited to that, along with the ability to add more stuff as you find it/ need it. That, and good luck keeping all that belted gear out of the way if you have to poop in the woods.

You can do it without suspenders if'n ya buy the right belt. Check this thread out for all you can handle with a first line setup....

http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_6_10/285299_War_Belt_1st_Line_Picture_Thread.html

Here are some links to belts:

+1! I have enough problems keeping my britches up without a belt like that!

I took a one day class a few years ago. The instructors recommended a vest or a bail-out bag to have the essentials (mags, light, first aid, etc.) for a quick-grab. I have a 5.11 Kahki vest; it meets the cargo needs and looks less "tactical" than some vests.
