drilling and tapping a receiver

I am looking to have a receiver drilled and tapped for a rail. I was wondering if there are any smiths in the Batesville or Starkville area that yall would recommend. Thank you.

Check the list of gunsmiths at the top of this thread. There may be someone close to your location. Just a thought. Mstrophyhunter on this forum may be able to do that for you as well. Send him a PM if the list doesn't help.
