Abortion is murder.
There are laws in this country against murder.
The problem is that people can't see a baby so they say it's not a baby. That's how they 'get around' killing a baby.
I don't know what this initiative actually said but have heard from several sources that the wording in it was atrocious.
Rape & incest is still no reason to kill a baby. It's not the baby's fault how it was conceived.
Too much information available these days for people to say they didn't/don't know it's a baby. It's a baby. from the get go.

( not aimed at anyone here ) for the record I am a victom of abortion. my EXWIFE ran out and aborted a child. we were married at the time. when i found out what the wemons new life clinic was and that she was a patient there. we divorced. so yes there are victoms in abortion and its not always the unborn child.

and just fyi i voted no on 26 an ectopical pregnancy is a very dangerous thing for a woman. i cannot see the gooberment making a woman chose life or death over a fertalized egg that will not for a fetus and is going to die and kill the woman too

The Constitutional Convention was guided by prayer, even George Washington said "its deliberations were in the hands of God".

Through the 1800's and 1900's, clergy and other church leaders influenced our laws so that the overall intent would be guided by the morals based on biblical principles.

We have been and we are a Christian Nation, our President is wrong. As Daniel Webster said, in paraphrase, when we forget those facts, we do so at our own peril.

It is not a coincidence that the moral character and fiber of this nation is dissolving before your eyes, just as our nation is being been taken further and further away from our Christian roots.
