Hahahaha that's waaaaay out of my price range.
I like the XDm line, but never could convince myself to like the standard XDs....I guess I just liked the look of the XDms best and the feel. Expecially over the full size glocks but they've been growing on me lately, especially pre-3rd gen models

Nice, for sure. You like good gun leather, don't you? Now all you need is a couple of these higher capacity mags. Then, you'll be set with your Glock.

Wish I had taken the picture with it in the gun. Basically the same size grip as a G19.

I've got three 10 rounders, two 15s, two 17s and a 33rounder. All are great.
And yes I'm a bit of a holster snob. Leather or kydex, I just want quality. Simply Rugged just seems to be the best value for the dollar right now. They aren't the prettiest but they are definitely quality. They made me a believer in OWB carry

I tried but couldn't get out of the 1911A1, I just got myself the new springfield range officer, handle one and you will fall in love again with the ole 1911A1; (however I will admit that if I had to go to a combat zone again it would be with a glock 17)

Not a springer 1911 fan personally. Love the XDm though. And I'm a die-hard 1911 guy but I am also able to see the need and usefulness of other platforms.
This was waiting for me today from Raven Concealment

Only took right at 3 weeks!
It was quite nice to come home to after the past few days I've had. I unexpectedly lost my job Friday so I'm just glad I made these purchases weeks ago instead of a couple days ago

I read your outcry for help! Also read every reply to your Glock
save posting. They all mention likes and dislikes of Glock features
. That is definetly normal and a great base for discussion.
Doesn't have to be complicated. "What is the your purpose for
purchasing a pistol?" "Get your head out of a new car reaction."
The Glock has virtually no action problems.
Comes in various calibers.
You can look for amber safeties left & right hand,
easy to field strip,
very accurate,
interchangable sites,
easy access to parts/
Warning! Place after market parts - you may have
problems. Headspace etc.
9 & 5 1/2 trigger pull according to warranty specs.
Can be customized - downside very hard to sell.
Customed fit to your personal specs.
Engagement purpose: selfdefense-
fired several times a year/target and professional use
general advise - replace barrel after thousand rounds.
Now focus on your real purpose & decide my friend.

Ha I wish I could have taken you up on it like we'd discussed, but I unexpectedly(and inexplicably) lost my job a couple weeks ago so I'm running on limited funds right now
