Form 1 Suppressor
If I were to design a suppressor to build with a Form 1, could I outsource the individual parts and assemble them myself?

Re: Form 1 Suppressor
This a vague area of knowledge. From what I understand is YES you can. The catch is that you actually have to be physically present when the services are being rendered, like right there in arms reach.
Example. You go to a machine shop to get your suppressor end caps turned. You have to supply the material, and physically be present there at the lathe while the job is being done. When you leave the work site you take all your stuff with you leaving nothing behind for someone else to have access to.
And, as always, you cannot even begin to cut the first chips of metal until you have an approved Form 1 in hand.
