Youth Shooting Sports Grant for Southwest Gun Club

I applied for a grant from the Youth Shooting Sports Alliance and I have received a notice that our Junior Program has been approved for this Grant from the Youth Shooting Sports Alliance for the following materials:

1 case of .22 rimfire target cartridges; 1 case of 20 ga. Target loads; 1 case of 12 ga. Target loads; 1 ea. Champion Wheeleybird Automatic Trap Machine; 25 ea. Shooting glasses; and 4 ea. Firearms cleaning kits.

Thank you Doug for all your hard work in promoting shooting sports by involving young people. None of us are getting any younger and to ensure that shooting sports survive in this country we all must actively recruit and support the participation of the next generation. Securing grants like this is an essential part of supporting youth programs.

Cool! I'm researching a couple of potential sources for Rankin County's 4-H program. I appreciate the support that these organizations provide the youth programs.
