sig ar 22 recall

I was at wal-mart lastnight and while looking at the gun rack one of the guys came in and pulled the Sig ar 22 out of the rack and said that the corp. office sent a notice that they were being recalled. I was just wondering if anyone has heard anything about the reason?

Think I saw another post from someone (think it was this forum) that said the S&W AR22 had been recalled. Sig's site didn't mention a recall. I'm shopping for a .22 upper to go with one of those Plum Crazy lowers for another plinking rifle so I've been following the AR's in .22.
