Re: Kel-Tec PF9
Here it is in person. Gave it a close examination and I believe I'm happy with it. Sure hope it's as good a shooter as my last one was.

Ha. What a small world. I was the tall guy in Gold N Guns that told you about the Hogue Grip (even though you already knew about it). Nice gun. Congrats.

That is something. I started to ask you if you knew about MSGO. It was nice talking with you today. Did you find anything interesting? After you left, he offered me a very nice Gen 2 Glock 19 for $375. It was very tempting, but unfortunately, I was broke before I even bought the PF9, so I had to talk myself out of it.

I mostly wonder in there every week or so to see if he's got anything new of interest. Even though I've been in there quite a few times, I'm yet to find anything that I wanted to pounce on. Eh, maybe one day.

Yeah, I don't find much I need there, either. Mostly use them for FFL services on online purchases. I've sold a few guns there and made a couple of trades, but don't ever remember buying one outright. Their prices aren't too bad compared to other local dealers, but their taste in guns seems to differ quite a bit from mine. They're a good example of why the overhead is so high for some gun dealers, though, because there's a few guns in their display that I know have been in inventory for several years. Nice people, though, and fairly easy to deal with. One thing that has bothered me in the past is that their new guns seem to have more damage in the way of scratches and nicks than most other dealers. Not sure why, but that's one of my pet peaves. If I buy a new gun, I want it to be absolutely pristine and few of theirs are. Probably because they keep all of their inventory in the display case and they get mishandled a lot, but still a little bothersome.
