Mexican Gun Manufacturers?

The only one I saw was Mendoza. Anyone hear of others, in or out of business. What kind of product did they produce and how is the quality? Mainly looking for guns civilians can own, not military weapons.

Obregon (or something like that) made one that looked like a 1911, but operated differently. It was in one of the gun mags a while back.
