Lt. Dan got me...check out this 870

Picked up this gem from him today for a fair price. Took it home and cleaned it up real good with some Ballistol, man that stuff is amazing! 18" 870 Wingmaster police trade in. Has a bit of finish wear and some battle scars on the wood, but the internals look great. I swear those old Wingmaster's actions are slicker than snot.....that bolt feels like it rides on ball bearings.

I dont know why that pic is upside down.

Haha I should be a car salesman. I believe you got a great deal with the condition that one is in. Now I just need to get ya back in there to pick up the other one, matching pair??? haha.

Nice Remmy...I prefer those sight also. Hard to beat the 870.

I almost bought the other one today Dan, my wallet was shaking. The only reason I didnt is that 590 is calling my name.

Nice looking shotgun, especially for the price. That bought at a LEO auction (seeing the number on the buttstock).

My favorite shotgun. I have an 870TB with 30" bbl and a 20" cylinder bore barrel w/ sights. It sits by my bed at this time.

Speaking of 870's....anybody have an old style 20 ga. barrel that fits the large frame. I have sentimental gun that one of my grandsons split the barrel on and need to replace it. It would handle 3" shells and you can pass a quarter through the mounting lug hole. Think it was a 26" modified choke, but not picky about that.
