Used gun value?

What is a used New England Arms/H&R 45-70 Handirifle with scope mounts and bushnell 3-9X40 worth? Its had a box and a half of shells through it. Also comes with a half box of Hornady leverevolutions.

If it's in good shape and it's a decent bushnell, I would feel comfortable around the $300 range depending on the scope.

New Prices

Rifle $250+tax
Mounts/Rings $40+/-
Scope ???

Yeah gun doesn't have a scratch on it. Scope is a cheapy bushnell its definetly not a 6500 elite. Sounds like I should be able to sell the whole package for $200 though. I'm wanting to get a 35 whelen instead.
