Browning Belgium T bolt 22lr

One of my friends got one of these from his uncle. Not really sure what it's worth and don't know much about it. Anyone know how to date the serial number or the value of it? serial # 28646x7

The pic got flipped around with the web cam. It's right handed not left handed.

Made in 1967. $400 - $650. I've seen salt wood stocked, baddly pitted ones for $300. It is usually cjeaper to buy one of the new ones. They are'nt as nicely stocked as that one os though.

Interesting. Thanks for the info. He also got a belgium 22 auto that is literally perfect... looks brand new. Not sure what year but I know it's old.

The serial number can date the 22 auto. It is on the underside of the barrel in front of the handguard.

Looked (briefly) at one of these at Swann's a few weeks ago. Don't remember anything about it but the pricetag...$700.
