FFL Form 1 Application help

Hello....not a newbie, but a lurker.

I am attempting to get my FFL01 again. I had let it expire in 1997 due to employment workload.
I am now retired and would like to get back into Gunsmithy work again.
The problem I am having is trying to figure out the 2 new forms added to the package.

1.Environmental Information

2.Supplemental Information on Water Quality Considerations - Under 33 U.S.C. 1341(a)

Can anyone please assist me in filling these out?

Wish I could help; however, I would believe a call to the local BATF may give you the info you seek.

Give inspector Lenard Frederic a call at the Jackson ATF branch.

I agree....call the local ATF office. while you hear a lot of bad things on the net about ATF agents, I have had nothing but the best experiences with my agent here in mobile. she helped me get my 01 FFL four years ago which is not easy as I operate out of a sunroom and machine shop in my house.

No need to send in extra 2 forms above. They are used for manufacturers not 01 FFL.
