Its about getting guns from citizens "before they can be used in a crime".

WOW, $150 for handguns and $200 for "assault" rifles!!! Where do I sign up to sell all mine??? Bunch of idiots!

What is a shame is that most of these guns were most likely stolen and the sorry police are not going to check the numbers and return them to the lawful owners.
