I like that! 22 Mag would be cool too! For someone who couldn't handle the recoil of a .38, 8 rounds of 22LR would be an upgrade over nothing!

Not bad, but a suggested retail of $525, no thanks. (yes I know it won't actually sell for that much). Rather get a Mark III for much cheaper.

Ditto on the price, like the idea though. I know it's the whole light weight thing...but that cylinder sure looks goofy to me lol. They should left a little more meat on the bone.

I love Ruger revolvers but that's a bit much. You'd have to shoot for about 5 years to make up the difference of buying 38 rounds pr buying that pistol and .22's.

Cant really expect a 500$ 38 to sell for 300 or less as a 22 tho. Same trigger, etc as the real deal but without all the wear and tear

I disagree on the trigger. My LCR is much better than any (factory) J-frame ive shot. Nice and smooth. Almost every LCR i have fingered has been nice like that. Thats one reason i got it.

Well Mr. Joe....you just gonna have to come shoot some "real" revo's with me...

after squeezing off a few my old S&W's...you'd never "cam" that Ruger again

anyway...Glad you like em...I'm rather picky and spoiled on my revo triggers...

U wanna feel something really nice...Get Cargil to let you squeeze a few in his ICORE revo....you'd throw the Ruger LCR on the ground and bury it like a turd after that...

Read my post. Im not talkin a modified trigger. Im talking factory. You wont catch me carrying a gun for self defense with a modified trigger. No thanks. Show me a factory new j frame with as nice a trigger and i'll buy it. As for cliffs revos, none of my s& w's have triggers like his do either. Im talkin cc pocket guns not full blown competition guns.

It's mecanically impossible for the caming action to be a smooth as old style trigger...they put the cam's in there to save on weight...and who knows if the design will hold up for many years......anyway to each his own

I'll keep my lil S&W 642 just like it is

My wife just got a S&W Bodyguard from a good friend for Christmas. We shot it this morning and I was impressed with the trigger on it! My 4'9" wife was able to keep all 5 in the "0" of an IDPA silhouette at 5 yards. That's good enough for me. From handling LCR's in gun shops, the trigger on them feels very similar to me.

I got to agree with you on that one. Go to court and you've modified a trigger, they will paint you with the broad stroke of modifying your gun to be a man killer. Best to get you a pistol with a trigger you like and buy the same ammo the local LEO's use. Save the modified stuff for the range or hunting.
