Good for him. Like you said, it is about time someone stood up for our Lord.

Speaking of Texas and religion, I heard on the news yesterday that Gov Perry said he was counting on the same devine intervention that Tim Tebo's been using. Kinda made me feel a little better about him, until I heard that he retired from the Governornorship to run for President and is presently double dipping, drawing his Governor's pay for the rest of his term, along with a sizable retirement check. Not sure he had much of a chance anyway, but that's certainly a turn off for some of us. Sorry to wander off topic like that.

I think Mr Perry should go home.He has goofed up every time he opens his mouth. I had high hopes for him at first. But I don't think he has a chance now and I wouldn't even vote for him now

I had high hopes for Perry. But he's a foot in mouth kind of guy.

I had high hopes for Cain. But he was in a relationship with his girlfriend, sexually harassed 6 other women and lied about it.

I have high hopes Ron Paul will go away.

I had thoughts Bachmann MIGHT be a contender, but she's a lightweight.

I didn't even realize Huntsman was in the race until 2 months after it started. Another lightweight.

I have high hopes Gingrich will win over Romney, especially since he has now been endorsed by the same Iowa Liberal Left Leaning Rag that endorsed McStain.

I still have high hopes for Gingrich, but even he has admitted he really screwed up on his Federal Judiciary comments on the last debate.

To me, that pretty much leaves no one to beat Nobama. Romney cannot beat him, it will be like 2008 all over again. Paul, Bachmann and Huntsman have zero chance. Gingrich stepped on it bad and has tons of baggage that being spread all over by Romney and Paul.
