I have taken a lot of training since i finished my masters

I say a lot...im sure it is nothing compared to what some of you guys have done. Esp those of you that have spent time at gunsite etc. My calling in life makes it difficult for .me to get that much training at one time. So I have to take it when I can get it and as locally as possible. Completing my degree has opened up a little more time for shooting and training and boy can I tell the difference. My groups are much much tighter. Im hooked. Big time. I have even been helping friends shoot better with what I have learned. Most of my training (Other than my Glock Armorer stuff) has been strictly marksmanship. I am going to start doing more defensive stuff now. I plan on taking another 20 hours of training next month. I just gotta find a way to feed my habit. My wife is going to kill me. Luckily I have the training to know what to do when she attacks....RUN! haha

Mike, find a USPSA club and your horizons will expand even further.

I would like to do that. My problem has been that most of the ones I have found around here shoot on Sundays and my time commitments on Sundays would not allow me to take part in Sunday Shoots. There is a GSSF that shoots on Saturdays. I will probably have to go that route.

GSSF is good. Anything that gets you comfortable shooting in front of others and stress management. Plus, it's just fun.
