Was posted on Crickets Facebook page. seems they covered it under warranty Only explanation they would give it that the owner loves shooting and hunting and the damage was inflicted by a jealou/disgruntled significant other. A+++ customer service if you ask me.

Ol girl probley out shot the guy and he got mad. He's a Dumba$$ most of us try hard to get our women interested in weapons . I personally like women that can shoot.
