New Gearhog offer - what say yall?

So its a 1 day Carbine course.. ie a chance to blow off 200 rnds of 223. The normal price is $300 and the offer is for $60... so I a looking.

I would like to take my 13yo son. I have already emailed and they say that would be fine as long as I came along. Course is in Plano TX. Anyone else looking into this? Anyone have an opinion of the venue?

Only problem I have is .. we dont own such a gun, but my son has shot one.

Course does not include ammo ( requires 200 rnds)

So my cost is:

hotel
gas
food
ammo
Gun rental - $25 seems resonable

I think my son would remember this for life!
